Terms and Conditions

Deposits will be required to secure your booking - rest of payment will be made after your treatment.

If you wish to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please contact me  jessicalilyreflex@gmail.com at least 24 hours before your appointment , before you receive your reminder email your deposit is NON REFUNDABLE if cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of your appointment .  - If before 24 hours treatments can be moved to a different date and time that suit you.

GIFT CARDS T&C

​

- Gift vouchers are non refundable and non transferable.

​

-Gift Certificates cannot be exchanged for cash or a cash refund.

​

- Where Gift Certificates offered have a greater value than the goods being purchased, change is not given but can be used towards a following treatment.

​

-  Some health conditions may be contra-indicated and it is always best to check that any medical treatment you are receiving will not be affected by any holistic treatments. If you are unsure please contact me and we can discuss further. If deemed necessary, you may be referred to your doctor for his/her permission before carrying out a treatment. 

​

- Please treat Gift Certificate as cash in terms of security. Gift certificates cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged.

​

-  Once you have booked your treatment, cancellations must be received at least 48 hours prior otherwise value of treatment booked is forfeited. 

​

- Gift Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

By Booking in / using my contact for you agree to be on my mailing list, don't worry I don't send thousands of emails every week, just the occasional one with a discount or a treatment update. if you wish for your name to be taken off the list then please either contact me or hit the unsubscribe button at the bottom of any of my emailsl​
