All block bookings must be paid in full

Block bookings are valid for one year from purchase

All cancellations must be BEFORE 24 hrs from your appointment, any made within 24 hours will incur £15 admin fee deducted from what is left in your block bookings payment 

Failure to turn up to an appointment without notice  will be forfeited

No Additional discount can be given to block bookings 

You cannot add or gift someone one of your block bookings.

If you fall pregnant and have left over treatments, you can freeze these appointments and return once you are ready after you've had your baby as I am not a qualified maternity reflexologist -please let me know as soon as possible so I can arrange this for you 

Please read the contraindications policy when booking each treatment , especially if I haven't seen you in a few months to check i am able to treat you safely.
