Cancellation Policy

Booking & Cancellation Policy A £20 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from your treatment total. Appointments can be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will result in the loss of your deposit. Cancellations made with 48 hours or more notice can be rescheduled or refunded. Please note that your deposit secures both your appointment time and the treatment space. Cancellations made through text or email may not be seen in time and will not be accepted as valid notice.
